Gary knows that firsthand. He didn’t just happen upon Lake Florence — he searched for the kind of lake that fit the way we wanted to live.

He helps buyers look at things that are easy to miss on a typical home tour:

• Wake surfing & wakeboarding: water depth, usable runs, traffic patterns, and access
